ABOUT US DMS Films Limited is a UK based award winning film production company owned by producer Daniel M. San. Daniel has produced feature films, short films, television drama and retail video titles. He has just completed Popcorn, a teen comedy written and directed by Darren Paul Fisher. His previous film, Understanding Jane, won the Best British Film Audience Award at the London Film Festival and Best Fiction Feature Film at the Mannheim/Heidelberg festival. Daniel was recently the Executive Producer of seven short films for the UK Film Council / Screen East, including Billy’s Day Out, which won the Best Short Film Award at the prestigious Edinburgh Film Festival. Other recent credits include Hard Edge, a feature length action thriller and No Verbal Response, a dark hospital drama starring Lena Headey. Daniel is a Trustee of the New Producers Alliance (NPA), a charitable organisation established in 1993 to help train new filmmakers. He regularly chairs industry panel events and has lectured at the New York Film Academy.
